Vice President for the Malawi Olympic Committee has challenged sports administrators to work together in promoting sports activities in the country.
Flora Mwandira was speaking in Mulanje District on 10 March 2023, when she closed a five-day training where sports administrators were equipped with sports skills.
She then appreciated that the district has a conducive environment for sports activities.
One of the participants, Jimmy Maloya, who is Fomo FC Technical Chairperson, said the training has come at the right time.
He said the skills acquired will be fully applied as his team is eyeing graduation to the super league.
While Mzuzu Treasure General for Malawi Olympic Committee Mr. Henry Sakala closed the sports administration course a five-day training.
In his remarks he encouraged participates to Upgrade from Certificate level to diploma.
“This is just beginning of a journey you can use this certificate it is very powerful weapon, you can register for diploma or even Degree at Mzuzu University,” said, Salaka.
Malawi Olympic was hosting the training in Mulanje and Mzuzu.
