The Malawi Olympic Committee – MOC has launched its strategic plan that will run from this year, 2026 to 2033.
The document was launched during the committee’s Annual General Meeting in Lilongwe where all its affiliates were in attendance.
MOC president Jappie Mhango said the strategic plan comes as a perfection from the previous documents.
Mhango further called its affiliates to come up with plans for the success of their associations.
“Each association must develop and implement clear strategic plans that define priorities, allocate resources efficiently, and set measurable targets. Strategic planning is what will transform our ambitions into tangible results,” says Mhango .
The Deputy Director of Sports in the Ministry responsible Joseph Mazaza has called associations to be accountable by holding annual general meetings.
